Both Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th March, all the children at Rubaga Community School were doing their mid term exams. The exams were on all the subjects they have had this term and covers what they have learnt since they started in February. The results will be back later this week. The mid-term exam is a test done in the whole of the Kampala district. On 15th April, they’ll have an end of term exam which will also last 2 days.
Secondary
Our P7 students had a long break while waiting anxiously for the results of their end of Primary school exams that came in February.
Once the students in P7 finish here at Rubaga Community School they will have to find a secondary school where they can continue their studies. Unfortunately not all managed to attend secondary school, as they did not have any funds, but we are trying to help them out with that. Those who were fortunate enough to have a sponsor have already started S1.
In the future, it would be ideal for us to have a secondary section so that our students have the possibility of continuing with secondary school with us.

If there is one thing our visitors always ask, it is “what is everyday life like at the school”. Actually a school day here is like every other school – but with a couple of exceptions.
